Evey and Nancy and Deester! Thank you for the ABC words. I was getting stuck with the same over and over again!

Thanks Evey ::flowers

for your comment on the feeling of numbness in my body. It helps to remember. Nancy, ::TU for being such a sweetheart, making such lovely comments about everyone.::hugging

Anything that you are wanting: don't stand in the lack of it and lament that it isn't there and expect it to come to you. It cannot. Find a little piece of it, a little string of it, a little trail of it, a little clue of it - look for something about it, and focus upon that little piece, and by Law of Attraction, watch it grow!

Ah, I just love this. Perfect quote again.::hugging

Welcome SR and LL118::grapevine. What a beautiful lioness Autumn.

When you are praising, when you are appreciating, when you are acknowledging value, when you are looking for positive aspects, when you are laughing::devil, when you are applauding, when you are joyous, when you are feeling that feeling of appreciation pulsing through you - in those times, there is no resistance within you. You are, in those moments, vibrationally up to speed with who you really are.

I laugh at how heavy my head suddenly feels when I start meditating.  So I often lie down too.  And welcome to another Molly!  woo hoo.. I'm in for another month, I LOVE meditating on the ocean, when cruising to alaska!

EVEY!!!!  True true true!!!  Thanks for the perfect quote ... yesterday, I had a 5 minute verbal "tension match" with my bandleader - aka My Expander Extraordinaire.  Later, it occurred to me that no one has talked to me like that in years ... and now my asking is totally different.  I can see that my desires are more refined now that my understanding of emotions is more refined ...

... there's no need for me to seek out altercations ... but I have a WHOLE NEW awareness of what I want ONLY BECAUSE of my increased awareness of the all the choices out there.

Just beacuse he'll never see it, and because all of you are on my side:

M-----, you are utterly magnificent!!!!

I'll meet you over there!

Hello Abers Friends !

It's so good to read you !

EVEY It's so good to find the Thread going on on July ! And thank you so much for your transcription of the Meditating Process from Abraham Workshop ! ::ohm

I was wondering if  meditation didn't join the sleeping process reading the quote. Do you think we allow our cork to float the same way through the two processes ?

I remember also the pages I red and dvds I watched where Esther related that the feeling of Love she experienced during her first meditation was so huge that she wondered if she could stand it. I am paraphrasing it.

A Lot of Love to All of you !

Bonjour, Thea!!!  This is my understanding -- anyoone should feel free  to add their wocents.  Yes, sleeping and meditation both raise the vibration because you stop thought and stop attraction.  However, since you are unconscious during sleep, you come back to the same vibration as where you left off.  But in meditation, since you're conscious while you cease thought, you're able to make more changes in your point of attraction.

There are numerous conversations where Abe addresses this specific question.  Maybe someone will be able to give you a specific seminar reference.

Thea! Yes to what ez-pz said...although i do sometimes USE a power nap on purpose to release resistance and will have felt myself MOVE UP the scale when i do it deliberately!

Brilliant question and GOOD reason to Nap! ::devil

Wheeee!!  I'm off to go buy a daily calendar.  My idea is to write positive aspects of each day in there ... then I can sit back and mull over all the great events in my life ...
