1.Holding a 7 week old baby and feeling him as Source Energy and loving the connection of being so close to pure Source and reminding him to Keep Remembering. He was such a cuddly little bunny and seemed to snuggle in more as I spoke to him.

MY BIRTHDAY TODAY ::boohoo its in the vortex for ME and me and ME .....
1. Finding that I was on the 10PM flight not the 10AM flight and getting the last seat on the plane
2. Getting picked up by my friends who flew in an hour before me and rented a car
3. Meeting our other friends at their house for an amazing lunch
4. Feeling like I am staying at a 5 star hotel
5. Laughter
6. Long time friendships
7. Shared memories
8. Excellent food
9. The Rocky Mountains
10. Bike riding through Denver with my friends
11. Creating new memories
12. Doing angels together

wow! i love this topic! its good to see that everyone has sooo much to be grateful for!
i love this forum and how so many like minded ppl get a chance to connect
im grateful i have a sister who understands me and loves me so much!
im grateful for the bond that my sister and i share which is so strong
im grateful that i found a place to put my thoughts into the universe and i get to read other's dreams and successes
im happy the sun is out today and theres a nice cool breeze
im happy that i've been doing so well in school lately and this semester is going to go smoothly too
im grateful that i can see my cats acting crazy and having fun together
im grateful that i can hear the wind blowing through the trees
im grateful that i can taste the delicious shrimp curry & rice that i made
im grateful that i can feel the love that is the universe
im grateful i can speak and communicate my desires clearly
im grateful i have a macbook!!

1. Happy birthday Nancy. My birthday gift to you is to say: "Wow! Do you realise how interesting your life is? Your life is a gift. Before I do my BFTs, I always like to see where you have been next.
2. Having friends for afternoon tea. Having the time to bake muffins and a house tidy enough to invite people to.
3. My friends loving my muffins. Simple things that make people happy.
4. Jogging around the city park yesterday with my son riding his bike.
5. Taking up jogging for the first time, putting it out there that I can be really fit and that my body can cope with jogging - and it can - and feeling the support from the U - like a pair of wings lifting me.
6. How much better any exercise I do goes when I prepave it. My yoga is amazing when I take the time to tune in first.
7. Enjoying getting my house clean and tidy for visitors and knowing its a manageable size of work now.
8. Having a moment of taking a deep satisfied sigh while doing housework. Something I haven't experienced since I was a child. Woah! Bit of a miracle sized pivot there.
9. Washing my hair with vinegar and water and seeing the lift it gave my hair. It doesn't matter if my expensive hair products run out.
10. Having the time to give my six year old. Time to show him how to lace up his roller blades and tie the laces.
11. Time to take him out riding his bike.
12. Time to let him help me make the muffins.
13. Reviving a friendship with an old flatmate from my student days over tea and muffins
14. Reading Elena's child support thread and being reminded that Source is where ALL my wellbeing comes from, not from any one person or thing.
15. Spending Saturday night in my clean and tidy house with a bottle of wine and some great music, remembering all the love I have had in my life.
16. Celebrating the passion. By definition not peaceful and orderly.
17. Loving the peaceful and orderly too.
18. Loving getting some order in my passionately chaotic life.
19. Love appreciating both
20. Love all who keep the BFT thread happening so its still there when I have time to post on the forum.

2 wife made banana pancakes (hard to find pancakes in Brazil)
3 Lying in the bed watching an old movie with wife and daughter
4 getting stronger through contrast
5 knowing what I want better through contrast
6 attracting more of what is right for me with the help of...you guessed it, contrast.
7 knowing what I want
8 morning coming to the rescue after a night of rough sleep and bad dreams
9 I love the morning
10 The Earth, for being so aligned that morning always comes
11 Having desire which causes the life force to flow
12 long time friends
13 being able to keep everything in perspective with the view of Source
14 there is no "bad"
15 everything that happens is good
16 I believe that
17 "you might say I'm a dreamer..."
18 when it feels good and then you see the fruit.
19 looking at the Big Me (everyone has a Big Me)
20 it is impossibe to be depressed and skip at the same time

- The appreciation phase that comes after an expansion phase - and expansion that took place in what wasn't really even external contrast, but internal contrast
- Feeling the deep, loving, soft, sweet, vibrant, alive, passionate, Knowing, TITITO energy on this thread that gives me that last little push into happy-happy-joy-joy land!
- The mountains beckoning to me such a short drive away who will embrace me when I return in a few days
- Having so many wonderful cultural things to savor - flamenco, Gregorian chant in an ancient abbey, movies, 60's concerts, Hadyn with full choir and orchestra in small stone church so the sound just pierces my chest and vibrates - that I can even decide not to go to one and not be bothered about it at all!
- Having the money to buy gas, food, tickets, shoes, books, DVDs, paid parking, to the point that I don't even think about it anymore, the yucky guilt/anxiety-jolt is gone
- The incredible pride in myself knowing that it was my inner work that got me there
- The shift in my living space condition that indicates the more solid shift now in my my vibration - so much clutter gone, so many old objects I was clinging to gone, feeling happy and free to throw things away now and not feel like I'm wasting
- Getting my hair done - wow, I had never realized how much cutting my own hair was keeping me in poverty consciousness - hurray for me!
- The sumptuous VE fantasies I am living
- Getting over the humps
- The full refrigerator I have waiting for me
- Honeydew melon for breakfast
- The birdsong echoing in this verdant part of the town
- Finding that I am actually fairly comfortable with the fact that both my mobile phones, work and personal, are still switched off this late in the morning and I can choose when to switch them on, but the self-care I get here posting is MORE IMPORTANT TO MY ENTIRE FUTURE than having technological contact with the world at the moment
- Yes, I'm feeling "back" - knowing I'll "get there" (and want to go to a new place once I arrive) and that it is indeed, and shall continue to be, magical. Just had to get those see-the-magic glasses back on.
 OK, a few more hefty presses: - My cats are well, and I am awakened by cat kisses every morning as Giacomo bumps his nose hard against mine to wake me then flops beside me to be petted
- For heaven's sake, I live on the Mediterranean and have the Alps in my backyard
- I have no need to put on "real clothes" today at all - I can stay in sweats every minute if I want to
- Having given myself the time to write this morning - now that I can feel how important that is for me to do, no matter what
- It's done. It's done. It's done. It's done, it's done, it's done. Just appreciate, appreciate, appreciate and you have it all.

- Knowing by FEELING that even listening to other forumers' opinions can drag me off track about what "should" and "should not" be done, what "is" and "is not" realistic, and when I go back to my "unrealistic" VR imaginings, when I get back to deliberately creating again, I feel fantastic, and SO IT MUST BE.
- Knowing that, by God, I am a POWERFUL creator.
- So proud of myself for DOING THE WORK.
- So GOOD at letting my mind go where it wants, to the very outskirts of what could be, to paint even the most daring and elaborate pictures of what I want without fear, and if there's fear, I find out why and deal with it.
- 0-60 in 2.5 seconds.
- All the incredible evidence INSIDE ME of what my reality will be, and What Is is just trying to catch up, which means, if things are this much better already, the next phases are spectacular and are just sifting down into my experience (or barreling down upon me like a steam train)
- SHIFTING those nasty OOTV moments, and SAVORING how good it feels to be back in!!
- I did that!I I did that! I did that!
- When I slow down long enough to really look at it, my list of "big things to do" is actually pretty amusingly minor. Glad I can leave the whip in my belt.
- Chilling out.
- Woo-hooing my way.
- I DESERVE _____, I DESERVE ______, I DESERVE______, I DESERVE all these attributes and things and fun and light and movement!!!!
- OK, done working for today. What could I do that would be fun? Go to the beach? Or go to the beach in my mind?
