For the first time in years, yesterday I listened to the Streisand recording of "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf" from her first album (1963) and was thinking about the Three Little Pigs as I walked home from an errand.

And he sang:

Oh, Mr. Peddler some straw I'd like to buy.
To build a house about this wide, to build a house this high!

Oh, Mr. Peddler, some straw I'd like to take.
Please put it in my wagon and a house I'll start to make.

My son was the second piggy (Piggy Squared) in the 3 Piggy Opera this year. I recorded it all on videotape -- it was so funny and cute!

Today's Page 150 -- loving the whole sleep thing.

Today is the day I have decided to really "push through" -- OK that sounds unaligned -- but the day to move back into alignment with who I have really become and tackle the financial tax stuff I've avoided.  And I've decided that I'm going to do it via aligning constantly -- I may indeed set a world's record for the number of Focus Wheels I do today -- and even more important, whenever I feel myself swinging out of alignment, I'm going to rest with my favorite meditation/nap music.

I've given myself permission that even if it takes 8 naptimes today...I'm going to keep the focus on the Wellness that is.

I also liked how the discordant emotion I feel -- or that any of us feel -- is not really about the situation, but about the fact that we are out of alignment with who we have really become.  That was highlighted again in this week's download.  "You're not sad because your lover left" -- even though that tends to feel like the obvious obvious reason why we're sad.

So any negative emotion I feel is me not keeping up with me.

Plus this situation -- this whole experience of everything in my life -- is "old news."  It's the vibrational indicator of what was happening in the past...

By the way -- my focus is much more, and always has been, on the BIG BAD WOLF.  (I really love wolves...)

The Three Pigs have replaced orange cars and Will Smith for the moment as our signal of our Unity -- I just read my son a Blues Clues book (in Spanish, YAY, me!) at the end of which they put on a little puppet show of....  THE THREE LITTLE PIGS (Los Tres Cerditos)!!!

From yesterday's page (149) I LOVE this: "Whatever evidence you see around you is nothing more than the manifestational indicator of someone's thought, and there is no reason for what others are creating with their thoughts to cause you to feel frightened or vulnerable."  WOW!  That is so good.  NOMB -- none of my business!!

And, today when I read on the page again and again to "focus upon more things that feel good,"  the thought popped into my head that sex is right up there in the feel-good department; so, today, I'm planning to think about sex A LOT and to replace any less-than-wonderful-feeling thoughts with thoughts of SEX, great, mind-blowing SEX!   Awesome!  (It's working great so far...  I'm having a FUN DAY!)
:):beautiful: :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

And, today's page:  that top paragraph is exactly what I do each morning.  As I begin to make that transition from sleep to wakefulness, I wiggle my toes on my yummy sheets, and that reminds me to start the rampage for how much I love my comfy bed, and I go from there...
YAY!  XO

I'm was just sitting here processing payroll at work, feeling myself going out of alignment again, when I read Eddie's post:

"You're not sad because your lover left" -- even though that tends to feel like the obvious obvious reason why we're sad.

I was working on that negative emotion especially over the behavior of others then I just decided to put both feet on the floor at my desk, take a deep breath, use one of Esther's ideas, "IB, it is my dominant intent to relax & allow myself into the Vortex where I can receive clearly your guidance and feel my alignment". I then found that all the thoughts I have written on the focus wheels over time were there and ready to flow as soon as I allowed them access by breathing.

I have done that several times today and it is making a big difference. As far as the others are concerned, they are all great people who also want to feel better and when a chronic thought comes up I pretend I am hitting the delete button on that thought & then replace it with something I appreciate about that person.

"milking it!"::LOL::LOL::LOL::LOL
that picture is hilarious! And all the little piggies! and The Wolf! Oh, this thread was just THE BEST THING to wake up to this morning!
And just like Katherine, I love basking as I wake up. I love asking myself, "How did you sleep, love?"::LOL

And SEX is such a LOVELY thing to think about! It's like being a teenage boy!

So! Good morning! Page 151--

"Every thought vibrates."

Wow. I was going to quote more of that paragraph, but I think I will leave it at that. This is the building block of our lives: thought energy.
How are the thoughts I am thinking right NOW vibrating?

Well, they must be vibing high, because my daughter just skipped into the room, chirping, "Mommy! Do you know how we say puppy in Spanish? Perrito!!!" and then skipped right out, hair beads jingling, wearing an adorable outfit she put together for herself.

Another in the Vortex moment to milk!

Ahhhh. Sweet relief. Every thought vibrates. Every single one. I can tell how it is vibrating by how I feel. If something feels 'off' to me, don't go there! Go toward what makes me feel 'Tuned in, Tapped in, Turned on!'
if that is the only thing I do for the rest of my life, it will work! That will be a joyous life. Ahhh. This is my House of Bricks! The solid foundation that can't be blown down! By the Wolf or the Tax Man or Anyone!

And an old boyfriend once dedicated the song "Brick House" to me, and I LOVE THAT!

She's a Brick.... Hawse!::music
She's mighty mighty! Built like an Amazon!::music

Hi friends, I am so OOV that it is sorta funny because you how Abraham will say in jest-but not really, "Kill me now!" lol...well, that is where I am. "oh just kill me now."

I finally told DH how i have been feeling lately, like 99.99999 of the business responsabilities are MINE and boy could i feel that when i took his mother to a friend's 94th birthday back in her home state. I felt the entire weight of it and even after i came back (more so), i did not feel relief especially BECAUSE i asked him to take over some tasks and it brought back all those feelings for me...of course i was busy looking at PAINFUL evidence (that it is mostly me).

This morning, after my attempt to share a better feeling story (i went first)...dp tried. Anyway....the whole thing ended with me in TEARS telling him how i felt ALONE even after 3 years of us doing this "together"...i told him i felt like i am keeping the facade but he is at most a "helper" not even a gofer. I did not say it in a mean way, but in an I am at this all alone and it feels like we have an understanding that it is GOOD as long as I dont talk about it but I am doing something i dont even love for 'us"...but there isn't even an "us" in it--there is me. Me feeling it and doing it.

He said he was aware of it and felt bad for me. And i of course said, well you feeling sorry for me, how does that work for you because it does not do me any good!

He was so put off that i was ANGRY...and i said, just let me to be angry instead of feeling sorry for me because it sure feels better than feeling trapped and powerless! At least now it is no mistery that this is why I am so OOV right now. And I need just move up the anger emotion.

He said he would think about how to change this (i have heard this before so much over the last  5 years, about once a year, that it is meaningless and it is not his job to fix my life anyway. I manifested him (grumble brumble). I dont like this movie I am in. I made the BEST OF IT but i am really tired of making the best of it. I really want to walk out the movie and start over and there is so much relief in saying that! I am so glad i can say this and not have ANYONE feel sorry for me and ::devilI know I can do that here.

I know things will look better when i eventually get back in the V...funny i dont even feel the rush to get in there. This honest anger feels right. I like that i can say, how did i get tings so muddled? How did i get here...(who cares) here I am...and even though it is no one job to bail me out. It is my job, I am so glad that there is this thing called croaking. Maybe i will figure it before then, but if not, there is the croaking. To get it on track...i guess it would feel the like the BIG O. Even though sex is the last thing i want right now...::devil

Ahhh it felt so very good typing it out. I think i just wanted to feel heard. Even though most of you will skip this because it wont be a match...well it does have a lot of good humor though. Laters...xx

E.
