Hi all,

Lately I've been reading some posts on the forum from people (newcomers mostly) complaining that although they are "in the Vortex almost all the time", manifestations are NOT coming. :? Sorry guys, but if you were really feeling good all the time, you'd be walking on water by now.

***

And this morning, while in the bathroom, preparing for the new day, I was thinking about this old Abe-quote which I will paste in a minute, and it inspired me to re-create the daily feel-good-thingy some of us were doing last week, and turn it into some GREAT experiment.

The idea is to first become a member of the Feel-Good-Club and then watch miracles happen.  But not just anybody can join this very special club... in order to be accepted to the Feel-Good-Club you have to really DO something ::devil:

make a true commitment to do whatever you can to feel good for at least 51 % of the day, and make that commitment again every single day.

For the record, you make that commitment to yourself, NOT to me or anybody else for that matter.  You can use this thread for that, but it's not obligated.

Just in case you would be thinking of joining, careful though, it's not without risk, ::LOL as you can see in the following Abe-quote:

You don't have to be locked on 100 % or 90 % or 80 % or 70 %. Do you know if you are locked on 51 % and locked off 49 %, things are manifesting in your experience ?

Imagine what 60 % locked on would yield to you.  Get up to that and they'll call you amazing.

Get locked on 70 % of the time, they'll expect you to walk on water.

Far less effort.  Enormous leeway.  You cannot get it wrong, but you can hold yourself vibrationally apart from the things that you have identified that you want.

I Belana, hereby officially commit to feeling good for at least 51 % of the time on a daily basis. :)

Today, in order to get there, I'll go back to the basics and stop for a few moments, several times today and ask myself how I am feeling.  And there are really only two options, either you are feeling good, ... or not.  Whatever you label it, the answer to "am I feeling good right now ?" can only be "YES" :) or "no" :(

If the answer is "no", I'll do whatever it takes to turn my feeling not-that-good into "GOOD", period !

Belana

So, which ones of you are up for the challenge and ready to make the most important commitment of your lives and live up to it every single day ?

Yeah baby, 95% is what I want.  Been watching myself in the vortex since the Alaska cruise.  Well being is our natural state and anything else gives me a pain in the gut.

Oh Belana!

Exactly what I was thinking! Cos you know what, last week wasn't the BEST week ever for me, BUT it was the BEST week in a long time... I spent more time feeling good, I spent more time feeling aligned with me.

And I want more! More alignment, more feeling good, more flowing life and love through me...

And I'm thinking, my daily sign-up to the feel-good played a part. Because I set my intention early in the day, every day, to feel good.

(And I'm also thinking, those contrast-y issues that spat me out at the weekend came up because I have set my intention to align with me... MY IB givig me a little nudge, to say, if you really want to align, you might want to change your beliefs about these issues....)

And I do, I do! I want to drop any resistant beliefs I have, cos it just feels so bad to think them... and the stuff would be quite nice too! ::devil

SO, YES! Count me in! My intention is to align with ME, and 95% of my life being aligned.... feels good to me!

My intention for the day: Focus myself into the vortex, and deal with my 'issues' from there... ::woohoo

Love, love, love,

Rach

I, Joanne, intend to deliberately think good thoughts and look for positive aspects for at least 51% of today.  Starting with my colleague who is whistling inanely and saying everything 10 times.... Isn't it nice that we are all different... Isn't it nice that I'm not a sales person...

hi guys,

Just checking in to say that so far, my day has been one of JOY, I really feel utterly GOOD, or just plain GOOD ::LOL ever since I made my commitment this morning.  I've asked myself a few times how I'm feeling and the answer so far has always been GOOD ::cool, so by the end of the week I'll be walking on water ::LOL ::LOL ::LOL so if any of you live near an ocean and at some point next weekend you notice some kind of strange ship come walking by, that'll be me ::LOL ::LOL ::LOL

:exactly:, same here, focus does the trick.  That's why I only chose 1 focus point each day.  I've noticed that when I try to apply these teachings all at once, I get overwhelmed, there's just too much to think about and my energy gets split and it doesn't get me anywhere.

Focusing on just ONE point per day is taking baby steps to the next GIANT manifestation.

I would like to throw my hat in the ring too.  I've already had an opportunity this morning to use this technique and it has worked very well.

It's my extreme desire to feel good more than 51% of the time.  I want to feel good alllllllllll the time.

Nothing really is as important as feeling good.::woohoo

Belana, I love the way you worded your commitment!!!! This is why I will use exactly the same words to pronounce my commitment. When I entered this thread today I had already made this commitment last week on tuesday. Last week was the first week of my three-weeks-holiday at home. And I was feeling a bit...bored...because I probably thought I should do things, which I didn't. And I asked myself, what I would really like to do during these holdidays. And I found out, that I wanted to enjoy my mornings a lot, with sportive activities and refreshing morning walks EVERY DAY!!!! Because this is, how my body is built, and how the stream of well-being can really flow through me. So starting from wednesday morning I got up each day between 6:15am and 7:30am, had a nice cup of tea or coffee plus some orange juice, and then I went for my refreshing morning walk in my favourite, beautiful walking area... Oh, the smell of the grass in the mornings... the singing of the birds.. the very few but happily active people with or without dogs I meet along the way... And my body and soul all singing ::singer::singer::singer And afterwards I have some nice breakfast at home or in my favourite bistro:beautiful: And then I'm of to do some sport at the gymn... or relax a bit and go for a swimm later in the afternoon (because the entry fee is cheaper starting from 5pm :-) And in between I have made the commitment to really enjoy what I'm doing whole-heartedly... Whether I am here participating in this wonderful forum...or doing some cooking... or celebrating a nice meal... (You know, I have got beautiful dishes and love to lay the table nice and decorative..., and mozarella with tomatoes and balsamico or chicken medaillions with pineapple accommpanied by some delicious salat can be soooo yummy... and it is healthy and good for my body... I have already lost nearly a kilo since wednesday :-)

Well, so you see, I'm right on track... and I love to make this commitment now for EVERY DAY of my life... and to renew it EVERY SINGLE DAY. And should I forget to do that one day, I will be gentle on my self and just start again the next day or the very next moment I think of it... My intention is pure and strong! But I know by now, that I'm allowed to make a mistake from time to time... if only to then go on with an even stronger commitment then before...

So here it goes:

I Anne, hereby officially commit to feeling good for at least 51 % of the time on a daily basis.

Amen!!! :-)

Love to all of you and lots of success and good luck...

Anne ::hearts::group

Thank You!  I am very excited to join in as well.

Last week was another week of positive, connected, loving, joyful days and I intend to maintain it. Saw Abraham on Saturday and still singing the wellbeing....so this week I will easily check in at least 51% to find great wellbeing and ease. I'm so excited...I love it. I appreciate it.

Add another to the gang.  This thrilled me as I read the topic when I first opened up the forum.

My mantra for each morning will be ... well, actually already is...  it is my dominant intent to find things that make me feel good, moment by moment by moment ... to distract myself any way I can ... to stay on my vr trip .... to thrill myself with the imagination of ME ... to look for the joy and appreciate the contrast, 'cause the joy is in the journey around the game board, not the destination or the win.

I mumble these thought-feelings before my feet hit the floor (well, most of the time .... one of my four-legged family members is a sweet beloved little Cocker with has a very tiny bladder, if you get my drift ... and there are times when the mumblings are rolling around while running to the back door ::LOL.)

I would like to share something:  Everything Abe reminds me about thrills me, blows my dress up, but lately, listening to the Boston workshop cd (6/5/10) where they spend so much of the workshop talking about imagination and how powerful it is, I have been taken back to the feelings of when I was a little girl who lived within her imagination 95% of the time.  ::wow  I love the word 'magic' and any feelings it conjures up, but these past couple of weeks, living within my imagination,  has just reaffirmed the absolute resolution "I will not settle for what-is"!  And you will NOT be allowed in my pie!! Period!!!!  I AM THE MAGICIAN AND I MAKE THE MAGIC!  I am so powerful and free and creative it is beyond the pale ...there is no limit to my magic and I will not allow what the peanut gallery wants me to think about life ... life in general - mine in particular ... to interfere with my magic.  I am so excited about how deep and how much fun it is to love love love it all. I CAN FLY I CAN FLY I CAN FLY!  Lately, even during what others might label as contrast, I  felt like I was flying.  It was as if there was no understanding that this situation might be considered a problem.  My magical eyes saw through-beyond the what-is, as if I was looking down upon it and it had no connection with me.  My life here in the physical is a mystical game that I am playing under the guise of being human and I really really love the game.  My imagination takes me to places and experiences and feelings that are ... well, the joy is indescribable.  Truly. There are no words.

Think about it .... think about the fact that you are actually here, in the physical, walking around on this beautiful ball called earth, with a mind that has no boundaries, inside a body that is perfectly constructed in order to experience and come to conclusions about vibrations. Think about the fact there are no two alike and the diversity is limitless.  Really think about that. Think about the fact that you even exist...that anything exists. Doesn't that blow your mind!!   If this is possible ... if there is that kind of magic in the Universe ... that there is even this stuff we call energy and  a Universe at all .... when why the hell are we limiting ourselves to such mundane prison-like lives. Because somebody else, who is living in fear, wants us to??  Nope, not for me. I have taken back my power and returned to the little girl magic from whence I came.  I AM THE POWER.  I AM THE CREATOR.  Oh my Abe, I am thrilling myself.  And this stuff is contagious...catch some.

Off to do some conjuring.  This little rampage is pretty much what I say to myself on a continuous basis...or variations, of course.  It is so much fun to get myself all rived up and flying.  There is so much fun and unbelievable joy in just allowing the magic to ease & flow ... ease and flow.  It is so much fun to enjoy the relief of my imagination.  I love living in my little girl imagination where everything is possible and the magic is alive.

HoHo Tallyho * off on a VR trip I go * conjuring only feeling that thrill me

I was still feeling good, and I've had a few nice little windfalls today already, but when I come back here and read all of your wonderful replies, I must say, my feeling GOOD has been turned up a notch, to feeling BETTER than GOOD. ::cool

So right now, I'm not feeling GOOD, I'm feeling GOODER ::LOL

Susan - I am flying with you!

I have to say that I have had a (good feeling) physical response to my powerful and creative energy lately. Flying High! My stomach often feels the energy as if I'm a kid getting on a ride at the carnival - just beyond excited - jump out of my skin excited.  I feel it now. Today is just going to be another beautiful, exciting, co-creating lovely day. Let's get going!  I can't wait to see what fabulous joyful things are going to present themselves.

I live near San Fransicsco. When my father would take us to the City (50 years ago, mind you) we would make him promise to take us on the "Wees". He never disappointed. Wees meant he'd so perfectly time his gas and brake while zooming down one of the long hills that each time he crossed a street the car would fly. I think it really did!  And our little tummys would go way up and feel free and we'd scream WEEEE and then laugh and prepare for the next ... and we'd expect the next one to be just as grand and it always was.  That's the feeling I've been having lately when I've been presented with contrast. Heading down the hill but finding those good feeling thoughts and just flying up into joy....Oh, I'm so high on this love and joy and connection lately...Thank you to the Universe for encouraging me to fly!

Susan,

your whole post was a thrilling ride! ::TU But this bit really jumped out at me:

I will not settle for what is!

There is a world of difference between allowing what-is and settling for what-is.... And, I think, just lately, my allowing what-is has tipped over into setting for what-is.... No more! My vibrational reality holds far more promise, far more joy than settling for what-is will ever allow in. So, I am focusing myself into the vortex, again, and again and again, and allowing WHAT-IS to rule supreme! ::woohoo

Euhhhh Belana, :? I think I maybe walking on water???::LOL

I thought being in the Vortex qualifies from hope upwards? I am in the vortex 99% ok maybe 90% because I fluctuate from hope to joy (actually between 4 and 6 on the EGS) and then 1% in worry or anxiety and this is when I get sooo mad at myself for focusing on what is instead of what is in my VR and that I am manifesting negative stuff.

I am sure a lot of us are in the vortex or lurking just on the edge. I am sure even if we feel sh---y and fed up at times we know we are going to feel good again and I call that hope::devil

So on that hopeful ::LOL note.  I, Indi-Em, hereby officially commit to feeling good at least 51% of the time.

So this morning, I was fluctuation at 60% (I love this percentage thing::devil). I was in the vortex and took advantage to bring in an issue that makes me feel uncomfortable which promptly spit me out. I soothed myself back in and did the same thing over an over till the issue didn't bother me any more. Then I brought another one in.
(masochist I know ::LOL) So all in all I am very satisfied with my vibration. In fact I would say I veryyyy satisfied with my current vibration. I feel good! In fact I am very satisfied with my day so far and I plan to continue enjoying my day.
::woohoo::woohoo::tramp ::heartsMuch love to you all!!!

This is it!!!  Exactly!!!  ::woohoo Allison.  We are off on our weeeee rides, fly'n high & free.

Another sharing from the M&TLOA gang:  Eddie posted this old joke and you'll see why .....

A new guy on the construction crew opens his lunch every day, winces, and moans "liverwurst again" and then shakes his head.

After a few weeks of this happening every day, his co-workers finally say,

"Hey buddy, if you hate liverwurst so much, why don't you ask your wife to make something else?"

To which he replies:

"What wife?  I pack my own lunch."

* * *

Love that little joke.  Another way of remembering the Abraham teachings whenever I find myself complaining:

"I pack my own lunch!"

I'm pack'n my own lunch and riding the imagination vr weeee hills!! ::woohoo
