In fact, that's actually very easy.  All you have to do is "catch yourself" feeling not all that good, then ask yourself what you were thinking just now, that caused the not too good feeling, and then after identifying the thought, think about the opposite, or turn your attention toward something completely different like the eyes of your loving dog or cat, or whatever vision you find beautiful or relaxing or soothing...

No my dear, it isn't :), just think about it for a moment.  51 % means, that if you catch yourself feeling not all that good, and ask yourself how long you have been feeling that way just now, it'll only have been a few minutes, so if it was 5 minutes, the only thing you have to do to balance it out, is feel good for the next 7 minutes or so and you have more than 51 % already over the past 12 minutes.

Feeling good for 7 minutes is VERY easy, all you have to do to achieve that is come to the forum and read an uplifting thread where there's lots of high-energy members writing... like this one of course ::cool  I bet it takes a lot longer than 7 minutes to read (and meanwhile feel good)

Good morning WOWers!  This is a fantabulous thread!  I had such a great day yesterday and I know I'm going to create a wonderful day today (and tomorrow, and tomorrow and tomorrow...)

I think for me, I'm going to state now, once and for all, my commitment:

I, Su, commit to feeling good for at least 51 % of the time today AND EVERYDAY!  In order to do this, I'll stop for a few moments, several times each day to ask myself if I'm feeling good.  If the answer is YES, then I'll milk it, if the answer is NO, I'll do whatever it takes to turn it in the opposite feel-good-direction!

(I'm not even going to worry about "catching" the "no" thought - I don't want to activate it any further.  I'm just going to pivot as fast as I can without giving it another thought.)

I love that we're talking about what must be the range of Vortex feelings, from peace and contentment to that AH-AH-AH Walking on Water feeling!  I think I've experienced the whole range and it's ALL good.  There is creative power in all of it.  I do know what you mean (I forget who said it :) though about those really, REALLY in the Vortex, W.O.W. feelings, where you are merged with Source.  So delicious, so powerful, so creative - Universe:  MORE PLEASE!

Oh my goodness I suddenly realized that I missed a Reiki appointment this afternoon and I sunk in the water gloo gloo guilt for letting the practitioner down. So true to my commitment I inched my way up to 51% and aiming for higher. My cat helped a lot and so did meditation::ohm So I am getting on my boat::downstream to catch up with all the water walkers.

So nice to see more members joining the Wow club. The more the merrier.::cool

I find prepaving to be a wonderful way of starting my day and keeps me pretty much in the good feeling place for most of the day.  If I "feel" my vibration lowering I then start to do my virtual reality trips and wala! I'm in.  I now understand when Abraham says: "feel" your way in.  I feel my vibration and tweak it accordingly.

I'm in! 51% or more every day! I'm about 99% lately. The SF workshop this weekend sent me to the moon, and I'm still there, and yes, it is made of cheese! Brie! Yummm!

This morning I basked my way out of bed, walked my dog and basked in the cool morning air and the roses in every single yard, and when I came home had a quick moment of OOV with my husband. I went away and quickly decided to feel good, so then I returned and said, Excuse me for getting grouchy, but you must remember I am so hurtable!

We both cracked up, because I was just telling him the other day how unhurtable I want to become, as Abe advised on SF on Saturday. Become someone unhurtable. I told him, that's how I want to be. Except when my feelings are hurt! Laughing got me right back into the vortex.

::LOL

Oh, and we just got an unexpected check for $450 in the mail! Of course we did! Source can't help throwing money at me. It's a fan!

My vibration is such a mixed bag today -- but living the commitment to be at 51%

Stopped myself at 10 am and had 30 minutes of meditation/visualization/music joy.

Have my iphone set for noon for another check in/Raise It Up moment!

Okay, this is nothing short of a miracle.  :)  I worked to get in the vortex this morning and arrived.  Not to WOW but feeling very frisky.

My ex came to help with the garden today.  I really got it.  We are not a vibrational match for marriage. I saw that today so clearly!  I cherish the friendship we have.  In the face of him having a very connecting call to his new love, taking our hot tub from my yard so he can have it in his new life, I remained in my vortex and felt really good!  Day two a success!!

::wow I am so grateful for this ever-growing, no ever-EXPANDING thread and what it does to me every time I stop by and read the posts of all of you fellow wow'sers!

I haven't met my joy quota for today quite yet ::LOL - so I am crawling under my covers and putting on my headphones to listen to a new audio book that I am loving. I have never listened to audio books before - I have no idea why!! It's so awesome!!

Btw, I need to get me one of those bracelets too - not only do I need a physical reminder of this commitment, I also just think it would be kinda kewl ::LOL

Love you all!

:kiss:Can I just say how FANTASTIC this is!  I looooooovvvvveeee it.  I so appreciate attracting this thread.  It really has helped me to stay in the vortex more often.  It's making me accountable for my feelings.  I had thought that I was but I guess that I really was just "happy face stickering".  I have had a few OOV moments today but stopping and asking myself right then and there how I was feeling has really made me analyze my feelings and work through them until I feel better and then on top of that I start appreciating everything around me which really shoots me back into the vortex.  Thank you so much Belana for this thread.  There is great love for you here.::hearts::LOL

So that would be the WOW club?  I'm in.  :)

ETA:  I should completely read through a thread before posting. LOL  I see something and it just pops in my head and I type it. I see Leslie already pointed out the acronym for Walk on Water Club.  ::whistle::thumb::nod

Today my vortex is giddy with the feelings of letting go and floating away. Today my vortex is the magic place of transcending what-is to become all that I am.

I, Jacs, commit to being in my vortex for at least 51% of the time. To do this I will frequently check my body for relaxed shoulders and abdomen, and my mind for joyous freedom. If I don't find them, I will zip zap into my VR mountains to breathe the soft air and feel the sun touch my face through the leaves of the ancient, powerful trees. I will feel the strength of my body that has brought me to the mountains, and I will absorb the peace and love that source pours through the trees, the air and the sun directly into my heart.

I'm off to teach for another day - will check in later.

Oh my Source! I just returned from lunch with a prospective client for my occasional sideline work of helping students write personal statements for college applications. I usually have some sense of dread at selling myself, and I worry about how much to charge and if they'll think it's too much. All that blah blah blah self doubt stuff.

Well, not today! I told myself that charging $75/hr is exactly right and that I'm such a hot essay consultant they're lucky to find me. And that's how I felt! I told myself I was really checking them out, not the other way around, and seeing if I would like to work with them.

The woman was a wonderful lunch companion, so nice and fun to talk to. We had a great time. She didn't balk at my price at all. I explained my process very clearly. I had info about the school her daughter's applying to because I helped someone else get in there last year (a renowned art school). She's going to hire me, and we arranged how it will all work, and she paid for my lunch!

I wasn't the least bit stressed during any of it. Business in the vortex is fun!
