We understand how it must feel to not be in the vibration of who you are. It's like having a pillow pressed to your face. And you do all kinds of incredible things when you have that kind of thing going on. But you're not going to bully yourself into peace. And you're not going to bully yourself into a happy household. You're not going to offer dominance over another. Everyone is born knowing their own right to freedom. Freedom to choose and freedom to be. And the first person who says, "No, no, no, no, no! You don't get to choose what you want, you have to live the way I want!" receives some form of rebellion back. Whether it is from their child or the kids at school or another nature. You are born to be free.

There is absolute concurrence from this peanut in the gallery.  "But you're not going to bully yourself into peace ......"  Now how perfect is that as a gentle reminder for releasing and allowing as we meditate.

Em I agree!!! This is such an amazing quote for right now in my life. 4 friends and I were hanging out over the weekend. We have known each other for about 29 years but don't see each other regularly. We seem to all be in agreement about the philosophy of the LOA, but we were wondering what it was that kept us together. We decided it was because we all had a rebellion from those who wanted to take our freedom. We had a strong strong sense of needing to be FREE. This quote just affirms it.

::LOL! Autumn! That pup's picture! That is how my fat kitty tom sleeps!

You could all, simultaneously, hold yourself apart from what is now in Vibrational Escrow, which is an even healthier Earth, you could, as a Mass Consciousness --it'll never happen don't worry but, just speculating --you could, everyone of you, turn your attention to things that make you feel AWFUL, and your Earth would continue to THRIVE. But you wouldn't.

The only thing that can keep you from the freedom and joy that you believe the winning of this lottery is about, to keep you from the abundance and the feeling of mobility that you seek in this physical experience, the only thing that can keep you from having all of that is focusing upon things that make you feel other than that. And the Universe cannot yield the lottery to you as long as you are feeling the dissatisfaction of where you stand. You have to feel appreciation for where you stand in order for more that will please you to be able to get in.

Sure I will! We'll be waiting for you when you get back::hugging
The feeling of overwhelment always means the same thing: You're too heavy on the action and not heavy enough on the alignment of energy.
- Abraham-Hicks -

and this one :
We want to give you a definition of allowing: There is only a stream of well-being, which you allow or not. Just like there is no dark switch. You don't walk into a room and say, "Oh, too bright. Turn the dark switch please."

"So how do you know whether you’re in the allowing mode of what you’ve been asking for? It’s easy. The allowing mode feels like fun, feels like joy, feels like love, feels good. The resistant mode feels like tension, feels like hate, feels like anger, feels bad. You can tell whether you are in the allowing, or resistant, mode by the way you feel.

Meditation is the ultimate allowing place, because there is no contradictive thought. Appreciation is a tremendous allowing space—in appreciation you are lined up with that which is your Source."
