I am confused as to what you are supposed to be doing with the focus wheel.
The statement I am wanting to change is "I don't have enough money". Do I try to change that to it's opposite of " I have enough money".....or do I try to change the feeling about it. For example, not having enough money makes me feel many different things at different times. Sometimes it pisses me off but mostly it feels like no control, no options, no freedom, and fear. When you state where you are, do you state the physical reality, as in "I have no money"...or do you state "I feel powerless"? I am sure this is more simple than I am making it, but it has always tripped me up. I can never quite determine exactly what the subject is. Every subject is two subjects, but are the two subjects, money and lack of money or power and powerlessness?
I listen to Abe tapes daily, but do not "officially" do the processes. I do them in my head, but have not ever, really put pen to paper. I am wanting to try the focus wheel to clear up this stubborn "money"energy.
Will anyone help me make sense of this?
