Hi, my name is Marisa and I am from Bangkok, Thailand. I have known Abe for few years now, but just recently spending more time listening to Abe's teaching.

I am really out of my vortex because I have been putting my focus on what happened in Bangkok( riot and burning of buildings).  I know that I can do no good to anyone if I am out of the vortex, so I am working on getting in.

I just join the forum today or yesterday(I can't even remember).

I really hope I could improve my vibration soon. It's good to know that so many people are enjoying Abe's teaching. I would really appreciate any suggestion I could get.

Thanks.:?

Hello, Marisa. I'm new here too.

I used to travel to Thailand a lot. I found it to be a beautiful country with beautiful people. I know it's hard, but try to focus on what you WANT to happen, not what you are seeing in the news. See everyone around you as the peace-love people that Thai people are renowned to be. Look at the people who are not fighting, and just going about their every day business, and try not to let others engage you in negative conversation.

I live on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico (in Florida). We are right in the path of the massive oil spill that occurred just south of Louisiana. They predicted weeks ago that our beaches and wildlife would be destroyed. I've been doing my best to stay in my vortex and focus on our waters staying clean and safe, and asked some of my online friends to send their energy to help. So far, it is still clean and beautiful here. My point to telling you that, is that if you keep your mind clear, the worst does not have to occur.

I am sending thoughts to you now that you will not see any trouble. Eventually, everyone will work things out and calm down again. Try to see everything as you would like it to be.

I hope this helps.
