Hi Britty!
Driftwood simply means 'evidence' that we are in alignment with something we want. It is often little things, like clock numbers lining up or license plates with words that mean something to you. It's very much like the concept of synchronicity, except it isn't acausal, because the cause is the Law of Attraction. When we focus on feeling in the direction of what we want physical indicators begin to show up as 'driftwood'.
Does that make sense?

I think of it as 'signs' relating to something you have been focusing on or want to remember.....kinda of a validation of being in the Vortex.

The phrase 'driftwood' comes from a phenomenon noticed by sailors:  When ships couldn't see land, only water all around, but started seeing bits of flotsam like driftwood, it meant that land was nearby, and was a sign that they were headed in the right direction.

Good answers, guys--that is exactly how we've come to use the word 'driftwood' here on the Forum.

Thank you all! Now it is clear to this "LOA-rookie"::thumb
I saw driftwood in my request of 10.000,00...Yesterday evening I was reading a book36_13_3 while my husband watched tv. Suddenly I looked up to the tv and saw ( there was some quiz playing), and I saw the amount of money the contesters could win: 10.000,00!!
Now, if that is not driftwood than I don't know....

Love to you all
