I want to feel:
I want to feel clear about how I feel
I want to recognize how I feel
I want to recognize my fear-thoughts earlier so I can stop them
I want to be able to help myself better
I want to see the correlation between my thoughts /my mood and my body very clearly
I want to feel more confident
I want to feel more patient
I want to feel more worthy
I want to feel BOLD and beautiful
I want to feel more creative and express it
I want to feel Powerful in changing my beliefs about myself in a more positive way
I want to FEEL powerful in a postive way
I want to feel relaxed
I want to feel positive about how life unfolds
I want to feel relief
I want to feel the humour in my "I didn`t do things right I suppose" SO WHAT!
I want to feel more love for me
I want to laugh more about myself
I want to treat myself more kindly
