I really enjoy when I realize something new. I just really understood and got that I do not have to force myself to do things. What I do will come naturally when its the right time.

ON many occasions people have not had to tell me that I should be mad, or that something is wrong etc. I just naturally got angry and fussed, or argued and could barely hold it back...

This is probably because my attention energy focus was targeted on that wavelength for an extended period of time, and when the situation presented itself, I knew exactly what I wanted to do, what I wanted to say and did not want to hold back....

Thankfully the same can be said about the other end of the wavelength. Paying attention to the details of what I love, how impressive it is, and how it I want to interact with it will create a situation where I will just 'lose my temper' so to speak, and go with the flow. Fantastic.

This is such a wonderful understanding. I think it will very easily assist me in noticing what I have been 'feeding' myself. Because that is the reaction I will feel building inside of me... I love abe hicks new terminology. The wavelength idea is wonderful. Ispiration is what I do have all the time... lol Now I can better direct it to the side of the wave that truly supports me.

Thanks for reading. :)
